Great shisha lounge. Always find the atmosphere to be live. They have a good selection of different flavours. **But I have noticed that when you go pay for the shisha, they add a service charge onto the bill that doesn't show up on the tally. It unfairly charged without the customer knowledge. Recommend everyone starts getting a print out and add up the items on the bill to see if the total at the end match's the figure shown. If the final bill showed the service charge separate. I wouldn't have no problem paying it**I'm not here to bring the company down, I gave it 1 star to get the point across. Overall I give this place 4 stars

Had a great night at tiger bay the staff were very helpful and lovely especially hiren. All the staff were attentive. The VIP area is definitely worth paying for as all the ataff ensure you are happy and check up on you it would definitely be back again in the future!
The girl serving us Mehru. I believe that was her name. she was so sweet and was always checking up on us. Very friendly, Very sweet and a nice girl. That was my first time there and she made it amazing. I really recommend this place. Good food too.
